Assessment Appointment

An assessment appointment lasts about one hour and provides a diagnosis and prognosis.  

An assessment appointment offers follow up flexibility. At the end of the appointment, you may choose from several treatment options. We will provide an estimated cost for any treatment options that Dr. Lindell recommends. Fees for treatment sessions are based on the length and type of appointment.

You may select and schedule the type of session that best fits your time and expense budget. You will not receive a treatment plan during this appointment.
